See what I can make happen.

Picked up a cheap slightly wrecked sled to hack up.

Need to sell the 16 primary so I van get a 18 to test clutching. Then drop the drive shaft.

If anyone is looking for a 16 clutch let me know, also have some new 18 take off skis and I took off bmfab skinny boards so prob sell those too.

3" up, 2 1/2" in

You going up with just the boards or pulling the whole bottom of the tunnel up?

Also, narrower on the whole front? There's only so much room before clutch contact so I'm curious to see what you come up with.

Just the boards, I'm considering dropping the skid after i drop the drivers.

If you drop the skid some more you might have to look into making the front end taller/longer shocks to keep similar handling. You probably noticed with yours too, but my Kmod raised the rear end up about an inch over stock and made the front feel a little heavier. The newer kmod supposedly sits about stock height again.

Set of longer shocks, or remount the mounts on the lower arms closer to the center of the machine, although changing the mounting tabs would change the shocks behaviour because it would be more vertical resulting in less dampening. Tie rod angles might suffer, but can get radius rods that are shaped for higher suspensions. I got mine from fabcraft.
The right side of sled had a 18.75” eye to eye, left side had 17.5” and you can see the height difference.

Here’s the modified tie rods to clear the arms I put mine upside down. But since the tie rod ends on the Proclimb are horizontal you’d run them so the angle is lessened, the proper way.

I am excited to see what is coming....
If u drop the rear skid and don't drop the front the same amount as the rear, u can get away without changing the front suspension.
Back in 02 i had long tracked a 96 MXZ to a 144 with a mix of Ski-Doo and Cat rear suspension, it was tall. That was a sidehilling machine before sidehilling was that cool. And that was with a 42in front end. Finger track was my only mistake on that sled.

Pro or axys boards?
I think mine have about 6"of length cut off the axys boards.
Just not lifted or tilted like that.

Love it.

Rode in stupid deep snow yesterday and the thing just won't stop.

As of now, slp pipe with ds can, mountain fit hood w/ full intake, skid dropped 30mm from 2012 holes (had to remove rail caps)
Drop chain case, stock gears,
Not sure what weights are in it (ground down stock weights) but the spring was broke so I threw in a Polaris black green, stock secondary and it ripped hard, almost to rippy, needs geared up. But pulled consistent rpm.
Boards are total 29" wide 3+" taller.
Pulled the 18s imo but not by much, kinda a toss up really, and would out pull a sidekick in some places unless the sidekick got on plane then it would go a little farther, but slow moving and tech it did better for the most part but petty comparable but way different.
Stupid deep snow, no real base

Felt great to ride and being 6,6" I don't think thats a problem. I have a ski doo 4-6" riser, up most of the time, down for the steep stuff.
Way easier to ride than the 17 mc turbo I rode.
The 18 feels more natural but that's manly suspension. These Evols suck! I'd take the 18 sp float 3's over these stupid Evols.

14" at the drivers, 15" at the suspension bolt.

Cheap ski mod

Ski mod? Is that cut just to improve sidehilling? Is it a noticeable improvement?
