Have a 08 m8 and the gauge isn't working. The needle is pointing as far down on the left as it can and had LCD where the miles should be. Is it the gauge or is there something else wrong?

I would unplug the harness, put some dielectric grease in there and plug it back in. Might help.

But would that be the problem for the needle being way low?
