hand warmer and lights are a 3-way switch high/low/off
and a new block for the gas handle. similar too speedwerxs kit but i fixed the wiring myself. costed around 100 bucks in norway so maybye cheaper for u guys:)
used wiring diagram from countrycat

That is awesome I was looking at doing the same to mine, how was thenwiring to deal with?
The soeedwerx kit for me would me almost 350$ by the time it got to Canada. Not worth it.
I was thinking one 3 position switch to control hand and thumb warmers and a second switch that would control head light.
Very nice good job!

Not sure you need a diagram. Just follow the wires from current switch.......put them on new switch.

That's all I've ever done.

Does the power mod throttle block work with the tps sensor? How do you get around not needing it?

The TSS will not work with the PowerMadd throttle block. Its a win/lose situation. Win because it eliminates any issues that may arise with the Switch not making, causing a bog, icing up, etc. Lose because it is a safety feature that is no longer there.

I have never had any issues with the couple sleds that I've done this to, Ive just always have installed a tether along with it. What I've done is just cut & cap the black/white wire down by the main harness plug, since its a normally open circuit.

Hey guys, I'm Ethan Moorhouse.. I'm that guy in MN... I own Moorhouse Motorsports, Inc and yes I have plug and play switch delete kits that are better quality, plenty of extra length on the wires, the option for one or two hand/thumb warmer switches, and yes, $185 usd + shipping. This year I only have a limited quantity but next year I will have a large quantity and also some dealers will be selling it as well. If you have questions hit me up here, FB, my cell 507-491-6217, or email EMoorhouse@MoorhouseMotorsports.com
