new torque specs ?

Does anyone have anymore info on this. I have a 13 service manual and it says top and bottom to 30 ft lbs. good to know they change it 45 what about the bottom pulley.

S-13-01 / S-13-01A: 0 – 500 Mile (0 – 800 km) Fastener Replacement Procedure:
CAUTION: If engine has been running, verify exhaust system is cool.
1. Access the upper and lower sprocket fasteners. Lock the parking brake lever.
2. If the snowmobile is equipped with electric start, remove the battery from the engine compartment. When removing
the battery cables, disconnect the BLACK (negative) cable first, and then the RED (positive) cable last.
3. Remove and sprocket fasteners. Note the orientation of the domed washers.
4. Install two new fasteners (PN 7519004) with the washer domes facing out. Torque new fasteners to 45 ft-lbs (61 Nm).
Note the revised torque values in your Service Manual.
5. Release parking brake lever. On electric start models, install the battery. Connect the RED (positive) cable first, and
then connect the BLACK (negative) cable last.
6. File a warranty claim for S-13-01 or S-13-01A. No further action is required.
Dome side out.
