Anybody try the polaris gold in your primary? its a 100/290. I really love the lower smoother engagement of the softer starting springs.

Check the rates. Polaris has made several gold springs over the years. We are using the gold a lot in the 1100 turbos. I tested it at 100/267 for a rate.
