After it is coated I believe they put it in a polishing drum with those balls in it.

Mine had them too. You can pop them out with a tool or leave them.

Send an email to SLP and ask - they have great customer service. Let us know what they say.
Those are muffler bearings. Stock cans have a lot of them, that's why they're so heavy. SLP uses only as many as they need to.

I understand it's not a big deal but slp clean your ****ing parts lol. It looks amateur at best.
