If it's like here in Wa., the dollars spent are based on the number of registered sleds....and a formula for average fuel used.
If a group like this is successful, then sledders, boaters, ATV's etc....should not have to pay the road tax portion of the fuel tax since they are not used on-road. Then the tax $$ goes away and can't be used for anything.

yes i agree. I don't use bike trails, cross country ski trails, but yet pay taxes and part goes to those. the point of taxes is so that everyone's tax money can be combined and be split up so everyone can have a little of what like.
