what would I have to do,to change 144 to 156 which came off a Polaris? Do the extensions have to be 7.5 in with 8in boggies or 10in boggies

With the same size wheels in the rear of the skid you need extensions that allow the rear axle to move 6.3" to the rear. Based on that, a guess would be about 5.7" for 8" wheels and 5" for 10" wheels.
