Wondering if any one with16-17 axys...silber kit has geared down.
Looking for any input...
Wondering if it changed fueling? By gearing down changing the rpm and throttle position....
Let me know what you guys got
Are you belt drive or chain drive ?

well it depends on clutching and riding style
and trying to use all the clutch you have
when was that last time you rode around a 70-90mph on the hill or trees ?

my axys don't do 90? does great with no turbo in the hills. add 50-70 hp I would think you would gear up a tooth. running stock maybe gear down. all ways geared my sleds mid 70s low 80s. think the axys is geared in the 70s{not pos.. just feels that way}but even if you are geared at 70 you will never see that on the snow! I would play with the clutching and leave the gears FWIW. that's my 0.02.

Tree riding a fair amount. Iirc the max speed on my axys is 76. I haven't looked at my track speed too much on ththe hill but I'm guessing 50ish mph. I'll have to look next ride.

Turbos like load. Gearing a turbo down seems counter intuitive.

I have not yet received all my TRS clutching parts but i did the pro rmk gear swap to get 2:39 instead of 2:22 with my Silber turbo kit on 3 psi at 1500' and it was way better down low. Quicker throttle response, less lag and all around better in tight tree riding.
