Where are all the XP builds at? Aren't very many around.... well here's mine, I bought it new and have been adding things every year. After 5 years all the crap starts to add up!! I'm not gonna go into much detail so if anybody has any questions about a part or what I thought of its performance just ask away

Day I picked it up

Unfortunately the first mod I did was to replace the s-mod after I pegged a rock

At the same time I ordered up some 36" a-arms from Alternative Impact and threw those on.

Made some vents myself, bought all the material for under $20 and was able to get 4 vents out of it.

One of the best mods other than the narrow a-arms was the CHallenger Extreme 156x16x2.5, 3.0" pitch.

I had Toms snowmobile hook me up with the 2010 rear suspension update, Float center and zero pro in the rear, revalved by them.

This past summer I ripped the motor out to delete the oil injection system and run pre-mix. This way I won't have to worry about my oil pump failing and stranding me out in the middle of no where. Plus you lose 10-15lbs and your motor will run more consistent, less throttle pull to.

Since the oil tank serves as the bracket for the computer and the recoil, I came up with these solutions, has worked great so far!

Tried out the carls cut on my PP's one day just because I was bored, glad I did! Definately helped in setup snow.

I also had to try the C3 post forward mod since everyone raves about it, it helped but wasn't a dramatic difference.

t-motion just arrived and will be installing that soon

I hope nobody gets the mod bug because once you do, it doesn't stop!

This sled is a blast to ride, I set it up to be a boondocker and I can sidehill this thing for miles, its nice to put a lot of work into something and have it pay off.

I like the colors, nice sled! Not a Doo guy myself, but I'd definitely ride that.

very very nice,

What did you make the vents out of? Im always sponging up good ideas, I make mine out of dog mesh, (many colors) diamond plate aluminum etc, curious how you did yours, what mesh you used and what the frames for the vents were made out of.

something I think would look amazinf with your colors, is go on ebay and get some red carbon fiber vinyl and do the hood. it would pop.

the mesh part is actually a decorative metal that you can buy at menards/home depot, comes in like a 24"x24" sheet. I wanted something metal as the mesh material wouldn't last very long in the type of riding I do, i'm usually playing in the trees busting through branches and what not. I put a layer of window screen material underneath just to help out some of the larger holes in the metal, still working great after 5 yrs. of riding.
