Probably one of the best mountain sleds out there. The 800 engine by 2014 is supposed to be fixed for the most part and reliable. It's also probably the best handling mountain sled, and there are more out there than any other brand.

I have a 2014 with over 1500 miles on it and it have been the most reliable sled I have ever owned (preivously on cats). Checked compression this fall at was 125 each side. I did turn up the oiler and installed skidoo thermostat when new. Only failure I have had is the QD belt needed replaced at 1500 miles with two missing teeth. I had jumped off a drift and hit the throttle a bit hard when I landed and that stripped them.

I have a 2014 - it is an awesome sled and I love it! I have 1,400 miles on it and it has been just a pull and go. (actually it has E start so not even pull just go!)

That said - my wife just got a 600 Axys and she rode it on Monday - and OMG is that thing amazing!!!!

I WILL have an 800 Axys by the end of the season!

I could not believe the difference in her 2012 Pro 600 versus her 2016 Axys Pro 600.

If you can hold out and you can afford it find an Axys. Just my 2 cents.
