If you had a SPOT 2 that was recalled last year, make sure they credited your account for 1-3 months of service. They were supposed to do this, per the recall letter, but it seems that you many need to call their customer service line and ask for it. The easiest way to tell is to log into your SPOT account and see if your renewal date is the same date that you originally registered it. If it is, call them up and ask for a service credit.
