Just wondering if anybody has tried thunder products power jets or dial a jet on a carbed 900 1M, I have put 2 new pistons in this sled
on the mag side, usually happens on a cold morning a couple miles from the truck. I have it jetted very rich right now.
But i still brap the throttle often, till i get up the mountain a ways.
I put in a blue spring and some 62 gram weights last spring, but haven't had a chance to try the sled to see if that help the dreaded mid range lean spot.

Ran these on all my carb sleds back then.
Work awesome.

I have a brand new set of TP power jets if you're still looking. I switched over to CPC carbs before I put them on.

Power jets

If you're going that route I wouldn't run anything but Lon's "Intellijets".
Put the knob up on your handlebars / risers where you want them and adjust on the fly. Simple knob says "rich / lean" with arrows. So far, been bullet proof for me.

Running them on a set of 46mm Lectrons right now.
