My name is Samantha and I'm with FXGarage Works. We have a permanent fix for the OEM donut/gasket issue that recurs on Yamaha Rear Exhaust models.
The replacement part is a braided flex pipe that eliminates the need for donuts altogether. Made from a 304 stainless steel braided flex pipe "joint", there are 3 walls of strength: the inside braid, an outside braid and an accordion baffle in between. The kit comes with gaskets, clamps and rivets.
