We wanted to give an update to those who have ordered and are considering the Big Chute or Super Chute kits for this fall.

1) BC Turbos will be in stock next week. We are about a month behind our ship date largely due to last minute changes in the waste gate bracket. We will be shipping turbos next week

2) We have built up a core inventory so we will be able to do limited exchanges rather than wait for your core turbo to be run.

3) The Big Chute 275 100 Octane kit is on the edge of fuel pump capacity. We have been testing this all summer and have concluded that a fuel pump upgrade is necessary. We have a pump that is a direct replacement for the stock 155 lph pump. It fits in the factory hanger with no modifications. It is a very easy job to replace. All kits ordered from now on will have a fuel pump as part of the kit. The price has been adjusted accordingly. We are also working on a solution for the fuel pickup issues some have experienced with the 1100T under hard acceleration or steep climbs. Stay tuned.

4) The BC 250 kits do not require the fuel pump upgrade.

5) We will be flashing ECUs at the Haydays snowmobile grass drags on Sept 8 & 9th in Minnesota so if you want our 215 hp mountain tune, bring your ECU. This tune screams at low elevation on 91 Octane.

6) The Super Chute turbo kit pricing and details will be up on our website soon. The Super Chute will require our exhaust. The exhaust is a 3" SS divorced downpipe with a v band connection between the dp and silencer. Silencer options are a bullet muffler (loud) or a cannister type (fairly quiet).
All Super Chute kits will come with an upgraded fuel pump. Super Chute kits are sold on an exchange basis for the stock turbo. Kits to 350 hp will be available.

7) Our 1100T Engine build service will be up on the website soon.

Have you looked at the OSP drop in surge tank with upgraded fuel pump? Might be easier than reinventing the wheel.

We have looked at this solution - it looks like a very well thought out part, but expensive. I think ours will accomplish the same thing but cost way less.

Very good to hear. I almost ordered one today. This is going to be a tough year as all the shops are going different directions to accomplish similar goals.

any news on low altitude options

Our stock turbo 242 hp pump gas stock turbo tune is ready. This tune requires a free flowing silencer. 2.5" dp & silencer are recommended but not necessary.

More information will be published soon on for the Holeshot/Slingshot low elevation turbos and tunes shortly
