DC power on axis

hello, Does anybody know how much DC power is available on a pull start with no battery, I have a manual and diagrams,

I would like to add a heating pad into my dash bag to keep items warm. about 2.5 amp load, would like a bout a 3 amp circuit, accesory plug fused at 2 amps?

i do see there is Optional passager hand warmer (Which i will never have) power supply, so assuming the chassis power from the stator can handle more draw?

Anybody know know how many watts the stator output is rated for?

I quess I also need to specify that this is for the little 800 now.
