awesome work scott .. 4Z the old days arnt over most people just moved on to bigger and better things . I'll never give up my old iron even if i buy a new sled some day ...just remember the good old days are a trailing arm RMK away . lol

BTW, Hayden, there wasn't any melted metal in there...that was one of Bruce's cylinder skirts that caused a "slight peppering" of the case...and created a slight "stress line" in the case. LOL

Scott, ohh man the pics of your sled in Helena for tear down and build makes me cringe. I really feel your pain there. Even at 10 years old, it still is one of the nicest sleds running...

Ohhh man, I see the old blue 700 aero in the one pic. Everytime we go riding I hear about how that thing towed in everything and the kitchen sink that weekend......

That sled has had a few upgrades too, another lung, different turbo, Ez-Ryde, Boss tanker seat, hood, race tunnel, new plastic, and one of Scotts pee matt snow flaps.. it also has the new snow dart option...

No didnt need it, the monster sly dog 8" or 10" wide skis saved it. I dont know how wide they are, but they are huge.

The sun is out in that pic, but what you dont know is the light was aweful and Rob just dissappeared on the horizon. Good thing he bailed in time.

Hey did you ever come across a small ratchet wrench after you had the water pump belt go st copper that one time?

I'm thinking it was a 7/16ths.
