2008 M1200 Turbo Project...yes it almost done!

The pipe is a SLP blank that is blown out of thicker material for the turbo chargered sled's. OVS then changes the pipes configuration to get the power that these models are lacking in the stock pipe on turbo applications. Then the turbo flanges are added so the pipe has a perfect seal with out using conventional exhaust spring that always break.The Turbo pipes are available for the M-1000, M-1200 and the 700,800 Polaris. These pipes have been altered to get peak performance out of the turbo sled's.

Nice looking sled! Just keep that thing up right or bye bye blow off valve! Thats the only thing i don't like about the ovs turbo none the less it's a looker

nice setup, but i think that the hood you chose is quite ugly.
really ruins a good lookin sled.

what hood would you choose? maybe the hood on your 05 M7 with the sweet custom grahpics?

trick exhaust spring replacement setup. nice.

also dig the a-arm reinforcment setup.
i'm not too familiar w/ cats, are those stock spindles? look good as well.

300hp at 12lb to 14lbs. we need to dyno it!
