I've got a 2013 Super Chute running the 310hp AV gas tune and I'm wondering what boost I should see when riding at 6000 feet? I'm only seeing 7600-7800 rpm currently with 90g weights in it and boost is right around 25lbs which seams low to me? I don't want to pull weight if the problem is actually low boost/horsepower, I feel like it's not pulling as hard as it should? I keep thinking I should be seeing around 30lbs but maybe I'm wrong? Any input is appreciated, thanks.

Hi moose

Hey moose how do you like the super chute overall compared to stock turbo? I've got a 12 M1100 I'm considering changing out the turbo for a big chute or super. Curious what you like or don't like?

Super chute.

They work very well.
I've got a super chute on my 2012 M1100T with 4 map programming 87/91/94/100 octane switch. Love it.
I did find all the weak spots in the drive line and updated them.
It's now got EVO stage three TCL delete
HD drive shaft with belt drive
Team tied driven clutch
Tapps drive clutch

I'd sell it if someone was interested.

Rpm is low, should be 81-8200 ideally as new rev limit is 8500 with any Evo tune.
At 6000' that is pretty accurate for boost. Kmod rides 9-12k so his boost will be higher. I ran the 110 file on my last two 1100 builds and riding 6-8k I'd see 27-28lbs. The 110 file is 15hp more than 100 on a SC. You may see a touch more boost if you get the rpms where they should be.

No comparison to stock turbo. Biggest difference between the BC and SC is the BC uses the stock exhaust housing with a new bigger compressor housing. This means no boost starting until 6000 rpm. SC turbo is a billet ball bearing designed specifically for the 1100 motor. Starts making boost at 5000 rpm, and by 6000 it is already 6-7 lbs. The BC is easily the best value at half the money of a SC and Evo doesn't have plans to produce more anyway. I have a new and used BC in stock if you are still looking for one. 265 hp on 93 octane or 285 on 100....or you can get a multi map switch.
