I just picked up my first iqr. It's an '06 that has a bunch of mods. I can see I have a lot to learn. What is out there for body panels? what year panels fit what year? are they specific to each year or does '06 match other years? Has anyone done a drop n roll on these or does that screw up the sleds handling? Mine has a 2"x159" but there is NO room to run a 2.5" which is what I would like, how do you guys do that? Thanks for any help. Jay

Where is is it tightest? Could you relocate the skid down slightly and go to a 3" pitch 7 tooth driver? powerclaw or camo extreme would rock that sled.......

I haven't had a good look at it yet, but all down the tunnel for sure, it's tight. Apparently Brad purpose built this thing for a 2" track so I'm leary of doing a dnr. But a 2.5" would be better suited to what I want, I asked momma about a 3" but she didn't like the sound of that, don't really know why?

I am going the expensive route for my 1200wc build and installing a avid extended chaincase.
This will give me room to run a 2,5" track and 8tooth 3" pitch drivers with lots of room.
The front cooler is also going to be removed, its not a tight spot, but snow evacuation will be much better.

My first IQR

IQR 155" Holz extension, Pro skid, Pro Track, Walker Evans shocks, larger gas tank, 910 Carls Cycle motor, new Team clutch, ZBroz A Arm setup, dipped in digital snow camp by Galley Graphics. Stay tuned! I just bought this thing so I will be making some changes in the plastics and cosmetics! Sick sled for sure. Gives turbos a rival...

After seeing all of your pics I no longer like my sled!!!

God you guys have some mean rigs! I am going more practical I guess also. Here is what I built with the help of a friend.

So I have a 2006 IQR 440/700 that has a lot of random things done.
Stock motor is a 2000 700 a Non-Ves with oil injection.
Mikuni TM-40 Carbs I believe? They are out of a 2002 700 xc I think?
Vforce 3 reeds and K&N air pods with chargers.
98 440 red rocket cdi that has been reprogrammed I believe?
Nology Hot spark plug wires.
Aaen single tuned pipe hand fit for my application.
Stock track with studs and stock rail length.
Brad Schmidt motor plate and Aaen pipe fitted. 2 Different Brad's though.
Softer front shock springs.
600 RR Oil bottle and gears.
Chassis mods to clear oil injector arm on strut tower and flipped arm backwards.
Avenger 3 gauge and tach from a Blade 800 sled.
TSS-04 TEAM roller clutch

Just wrapping up loose ends now clutching, jetting, suspension work and some electrical wiring. Does anyone live in MN and want a couple bucks to help me tie up loose ends? Would love to be able to hang with my buddies 08 600 IQR mod trail converted. Think there is any way? NEED HELP. Thanks....
