I'm in the market to buy one of these this year.........Looks like most everywhere is $300.00 without SD card. Around $370.00 with SD card.
Anywhere else I should look for better price, customer service and warranty ?

Yeah...I just got the non-HD and the best deal I found was to buy the bare camera (it says no mounts but it came with 2 or 3 helmet mounts). Then I bought the chest mount which is by far the best way to film. We've been using it for Mt Biking and it really shows the front of the bike, handle bars, shifter and brake controls, and it doesn't bobble around nearly as much.

So, for $150 shipped I got the camera with the chest strap and a few helmet mounts from Amazon.

We didn't have too many issues with fogging or mounts breaking, the R3 setting provides a nice picture.

I used my Go Pro HD all last sled season, and all summer filming mountain biking and fly fishing, including underwater shots. It's an awesome product. Not a single issue with it, and the picture quality is as good as it gets.

Here's few more deals for the NON HD. Costco had them in the stores for 99 awhile back and included the sd card. It's not on their website and not sure if select stores still have them.

I'm relatively impress with the picture quality, however it looks a better when its color corrected.
