gotta give us some more info, gearing, helix, springs.. If your fully weighted up on arms, more gearing, more helix, oversize rollers, ligher primary spring, steeper ramps, will all pull on motor harder and drop revving..

Check DJ site out for how and where you want to be with clutching, lots of good reeds.. They make also heavier arms that work well with turbo sleds

No clue what your silber kit contained, but the 850 kits of there's don't have gearing changes and a guy just blew his reeds out and feels it also needs more gear added..

Best procedure when your up in correct elevation where you ride is to mark your primary clutch haves with a marker, do a pull and take a look how high your belt runs from the top

If it is less than a inch from the top, you should add more gear, if not your heading into a over rev postion

More gearing with push the motor harder and keep belt farther down in primary giving you some grace for over rev

I fought with this on my Turbo Etec at first. I was able to get it dialed in by switching to a clutch set from Toms with his 3d arms. I also geared up from the stock 19:51 to 22:51. Tom knows his stuff and can get you dialed in pretty close.

A lot of the problem is belt slip.

Try ZRP weights. Load the heel a lot. I'm seeing 8000 with 5psi @8000 feet all day. Zero over-rev.

The spring that comes with the kit for a silber 800 was a yellow/red 200/290 team primary spring.

I believe that a spring and weights are the only thing with the kit.

I must say from my experience it was very hard to get it clutched to stay out of overrev with just the spring and the weights. You had to have so much weight (25 grams) to keep it from overrevving. This made the off boost pretty poor.

I have been pretty happy with my DJ turbo clutch kit for my 800 silber. It rips quickly through the lower rpms. The backshift is good and it holds the rpms. To me it was worth the money spent. You can look on his website what he recommends. ibackshift.com

If the secondary is all stock, I would think about throwing a 43/47 helix in there to help load it harder on top. It will also need more secondary spring, a green/green is a good place to start with that helix. This will help keep it snappy at lower throttle positions while keeping RPM down on longer runs.

Secondary not stock yellow spring and other helix(43/45?) . Ive weighted it about 30 grams now . And i can go run 3psi and i see 8050-8150rpm on click 1 . On click 3 i see 8500rpm ..

I want to run 5psi ....

Depending on who's secondary spring it is, it may be too stiff...I know Erlandson makes a yellow that is like a 250/350 or something close to that.
Doo springs also tend to last longer than almost all the aftermarket brands I have tested.
