Motor: new top end or big bore?

I picked up a 13 KTM sxf over the summer put some hours on it and it’s sitting at 100 hr. Worried about having high hours on the bike before winter sets in. When should I rebuild the motor? What pistons should I use? Also thought about a big bore while I have it apart.
What suggestions do you guys have?
