Rear secondary clutch has adjustment for belt deflection. Depending on what clutch you have determines how its adjusted for belt width and tightness.

I bought both new belts for my sled and squeal won't go away has anybody experienced this

You most likely have a P-85 secondary on them seeing as how this is posted in the Gen 2 section. There should be a cam held on by 3 bolts on the outside of the secondary. Loosen them and turn the cam clockwise to increase the distance between the sheaves which will loosen the belt. If you don't have this adjustment on them then you would most likely have a P-90 which is on some of the lower powered sleds and requires taking the clutch apart and adding spacers between the sheaves.
