that looks good man! i've been kicking around the same idea with my 99 XCR i just dont have the time right now, and have to make a plat form for rear coolers/seat so it can clear hoses and all. i figure use some 1.5x1" aluminum rectangle tubing and some 1/8th inch aluminum plate it should be good.
