What's the best track a guy can run on these sleds? I'm not really sure what will fit and what it takes to make it right. Thanks in advance.

OEM...the Camoplast Series IV tracks are one of the BEST mountain tracks ever made. The 2", 2 1/4" and 2.4" lugs are true climbers...all are 2.52" pitch.

if you start swapping out to 3" pitch tracks (or 2.86") from newer sleds, you will start running into track vs cooler/tunnel clearance issues and w/o doing a drop and roll, you will have lots of issues.

I have 4 of these sleds now...and another complete sled in boxes...I have 3 166 tracks, and 2 159 tracks...LOVE THEM!!!!!!!

I assume you have a 151 track now?

those sell pretty good on here...

ive never seen a 155 in a 2.52 pitch, but I don't venture away from 159/166 tracks so anythings possible, lol

as for rail extension length, I have no idea...I have never used one before I don't know how long they need to be to adjust per track...but I would bet you would be able to just throw some 9" wheels (and offset axle) on your rails now and it will make up for that minor track length...

the 151 to 155 rail length I bet is 1" max diff...

Rail extensions are very sketch on long track mountain sleds.

Agree on the series 4 tracks. 166" is my fav. And that 155 is might be a 2.86.

I have some 155 rails that I will sell cheap so you don't have to go through the saga of extensions. New or used.

And 4 inches in track length would only equate to about 1.75" in rail length.
