Sled did great down trail 8200-8350 but couldn't get rpms up and was struggling once you hopped off trail. I could only get 6800-7500 off trail.

Cleaned exhaust valves prior to this ride
Primary spring not broke
Weights and rollers are free

2014 Carls 660

Suggestions?

Changed belt. Doing deflection tomorrow.

Both clutch springs are good, did visual and only 100-150 miles on both springs. Cleaned both clutches.

Sled runs much better now. I’m thinking belt deflection was causing issues. Consistent rpm on and off trail, but 7700-7900 not 8300ish. Going to try new primary spring.

Personal experience, but I have a Carl's 660, and found that the Team black/gold secondary spring has worked the best in the secondary, the black/purple spring is useless.
