I have a 2013 pro climb that I broke the secondary off the jack shaft. I ordered the update kit from s.s.i. I have everything apart but I am unable to get the shaft out of the machine when I try to pound it out from the chain case side it seems to come up solid. I have applied heat on the bearing block on the clutch side I can get the bearing flush with bearing block and that is as far as it wants to go. What am I missing.

If I am reading this right you are trying to push the Jackshaft from the chain case side out though the bearing on the Clutch side. If so that bearing is a press fit bearing and you are going the opposite way. Take the screws out of the hub and and pull the shaft out.
