Was it installed? Get a PEX plug and install it. Call them and let them know it was missing. 307-587-6818

Installed my kit from Rogers over the weekend and the PEX Plug was not in the Kit-:face-icon-small-dis Missed this thread while doing the install I heat shrunk the plug cap already-
Will call them in the morning.
Can these be picked up at home depot? if so what size is required since I have my assembly already installed, and can't bring it with.

I have no idea how Rodger's kits are sent out but my kits go out with the 1/2" Pex plug installed in the unused 5/8" port and the 5/8" cap installed over it. More for a space saving when shipping, but it also gives me a quick visual that I indeed included all the little parts.

Sage Crusher, The 1/2"PEX test plugs are usually available at any hardware store. I live in bush Alaska and I am the one that discovered how well they fit. I purchased the first few at our local hardware store on a whim that it would save me having to machine those also, and for less than $1 Each it was well worth the gamble. There are many manufactures and they are typically available in both brass and acetal plastic (delrin).

PM me if you need more info.

Thank you LH
Appreciate the reply-would have bought your kit if you were a bit closer to Wyoming- just goes to show that most on here, if not all are willing
to go the extra mile to help others where they can !

I talked with Rogers Sport Center this morning. Call them and they will make it right. New parts man forgot to add the PEX plug to the kits. 307-587-6818

Rogers was out of the 1/2 Pex plug
I went to Home Depot and found some

Pex SharkBite part # 697285 604669
And bought a 1/2" hose clamp
Heated up the Napa power grip with a heat gun
and it peeled right off
Didn't loose any antifreeze and assembled.
Done

We don't have NAPA over on our side of the pond, where does these hoses fit? Are they for a specific car model?
I would like to find them here, will be easier to find knowing where they go.

Thanx/Simon

Struggling to find the original "$28 upgrade" thread. Looked back as far as my patience would hold out... Anyone have a link?

Thanks in advance!

I think this is the original thread.

http://www.snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=339282&highlight=$28+upgrade+cooler&page=6

As long as this thread is on page one of the Pro-RMK section I wanna ask something I can't find and thought I did before. Has anyone done this and what are the results on the Standard RMK setup (front tunnel cooler)? I know the front cooler is mainly for pre-120 temps as the thermostat restricts the flow to the front cooler when it opens up this would essentially keep that circuit open all the time also.
