Pipeline is also the most economical method of transport.
While some will argue that only benefits the owner, Trans Canada. This is not true, as the pipeline pays a huge amount in taxes to all the communities it passes through. These are ongoing taxes that these communities will receive in perpetuity.
Truck transportation may employ truck drivers, but it is ruining our infrastructure. Furthermore, this has creates a shortage of "good" truck drivers.
