My 13 pro gets into this rough slow idle on start up, after it is warmed up. Burp the throttle and it clears up . Any ideas ?

My 14 pro did the same thing till it warmed up. Figured it was a fuel issue since it took a half dozen pulls to start after it sat for two weeks

How many miles on your machine?
1.check compression
2.replace reed petals
3.replace fuel filter
4.get your TPS adjusted
My 14 did the same thing. Not sure what ever solved it as I had them recalibrate my TPS when they threw in a new top end as well as a new fuel filter. I also have new reeds sitting on the bench at home just in case it starts to act up.
Also if your throttle cable is pinched at at point it'll screw with your idle FYI and do all sorts of weird things.

2100 miles , my buddy had his fuel filter changed before this season , he is having the same issue. We are getting gas from the coop in Snohomish ?

Don't blame gas, check the other things.
