Help needed! parts needed for 04 rev 800ho

Hi guys this is my first post for the forum! I've usually just read and learn but am now needing help with finding parts. Hopefully i'm posting in the right area?? I have an 04 summit 151 800ho with a blown engine. I tore it apart and need a few parts listed below. Please, if anyone has the parts let me know how much you are selling it for. I also need a crankshaft but will probably buy an oem one for peace of mind. Cheers
