Axys Alignment Procedure

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the correct procedure for setting the axys rmk clutch alignment and offset. I've read that the mag side motor mounts are adjustable to allow for setting the offset but after looking at my sled, I can't figure out how to adjust them?

All you can do is loosen all the center bolts on the mounts and then from underneath there are 2 torx bolts that hold the stand for the front mag mount, loosen those. Then flex motor into desired position and start by tightening the torx bolts then the mag side center bolts and then the pto side center bolts.

Thank you, that helps a bunch. Also, when you go to measure the offset, you measure it with the secondary pushed all the way in right?
