With the riders and machines that have been showing up at the get together, we have decided that we should move it to an actual racing format. The riders that ran in the hair scramble show last year were thrilled to death about banging bars and trying to stay out front of the others. This made me think, why don't we run this at the MSSR Racing event and have a real race!!! I competed in two of their cross country races last year an loved it!!!!! The format is a small snow cross coarse in a field, then on to single track ( for a snowmobile ) treed section for 16mi. with some open hill climbs and a few meadow crossings. We raced two of these loops. It was a line up of 8 bikes at a time flag drop start. There were 18 bikes at the last race of the year. The organization is great and they run a great show.

Here is the info:

Open riding areas will be the East side of Rabbit Ears / Buffalo Pass, the southern part of Snowy Range Wy. All areas are with in a 30 min. trailer drive from Walden, Co.
