I want to do the job myself and I have found nothing on the internet to explain where the spacer goes?? I know that you can cut the shock to shorten it but how? Did someone have done this?

Thanks

Unless you are shock savvy i would send the to gas shock repair in Rigby idaho. You will have them back in less than 5 days and it will be cheaper than your local shop

if going from the 38" front end to the 36" front end the kit comes with 2 spacers you install inside the shocks and it just shortens the shaft by reducing the length of the shock.

Thats exactly what i'm doing!

There is some pictures or DIY to explain where the spacer going ?

You have to break the shock all the way down. If you don't have access to nitrogen and fill tools ($200), seal head removal tool ($30-$60), possibly a shaft and/or body holding tool ($20-$50), suspension grease ($8), and shock oil ($20/quart) it will be much cheaper to have someone else do it.

What BD97 said above ^^^

The spacers go inside the shock... inside the part that is full of oil with a pressurized nitrogen reservoir behind it.

Not at all a DIY unless you've done it for a living... and you want to do it at home.
