Pulled the QD pulleys to grease the bearings behind them. When I pulled the torque specs if found this comment in the manual:

QuickDrive Upper/Lower
Sprocket Fasteners
44 ft-lbs (60 Nm)
Do not use original
fasteners.
Use new fasteners
during assembly.

Any reason why they can't be reused?

Okay... found the reason...

https://www.snowest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=419992

However my pulleys are stupid tight on the shafts... hell of a time getting them on/off.

Looks like I'm ordering grade 10.9 bolts..

EDIT: The pulley felt tight when I was reinstalling with the belt. I pulled it off again and re-installed without the Belt. The driven pulley (lower) was VERY sloppy without belt tension.

Ordered up a set of ARP Bolts (663-1006) from Summit.... Should kill two birds with one stone. Spares, and not having to replace them every time I remove the pulleys for bearing maintenance.
