07 Dragon 700 Fuel Pressure

I put a turbo on the 07 polaris dragon 700 and with the kit came an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. For the 08-10 dragon 700 it says to remove 2 o rings from the stock regulator, but on the 07 it only has 1 o ring so i removed it, but i still cant get the fuel pressure lower then 60 psi. I have heard that you totally remove the stock regulator and put a cap over it. Is this true, if so where do i get that cap?

i did the same i completely removed it and spliced in a piece of brass as a replacement...thanks for the info
