Default 2008 M1000 reverse beeper ???

2008 M1000 reverse beeper ??? where is its location...
when after using reverse sometimes it does not stop beeping..
I want to unhook it Where is it???

On an '09 it's behind the right side panel mounted to the aluminum structure above your foot. It's the round thing with two wires coming out of it... Your '08 has DD Reverse, so I can't guarantee it's there, but worth a check...

Odd that it keeps beeping after shifting out of reverse. Sounds like an issue with the switch that operates it in the DD... Might want to make sure you don't have any DD issues that are keeping the switch from disengaging...

the switch gets a lot of belt dust and gets sticky. its on the dd next to the servo that puts it into reverse.

After you unhook it wear a gopro and post the video of you going over the bars when you take off pinned and forget it's in reverse Always makes for a good laugh, just don't ask me how I know...
