I need some help figuring out problem. I have 2013 pro rmk 800 with slp stage 4. I rebuilt my top end this summer and now the thing won't rev over 6900. I'm just looking for some advice as to what it could be.

They won't go in upside down.

I just took them out and cleaned them. New belt and clutch springs. Its got me stumped

is this under load r no load? what did you do to the clutching ? check every thing including pulling the head and looking at the bore .

EV solenoid functioning?

EV bellows intact-- no splits or holes?

Did you replace Reed pedestals.....a friend changed his and didn't get all the screws tight and it would not Rev up.

It is not under load. I have it jacked up. How would I go about testing ev solenoid? It also seems like it is running rich

Without a load you won't see RPM. Get it to the snow.

I'm not doubting you but how does it make a diffrence if its loaded up or not?

Just an update. I brought my sled out it the grass and pulled rpm real good. Man is that a ride. Im kinda confused about why they won't rev not under load?

Resistance increases rpm.
