2013 pro Headlight will not work and im out of ideas.

Had no hand warmers or headlights when i stared my sled yesterday.

Turned out to be the 4 pin ac connector that comes off the stator , I had 15 volts coming into the plug , 0 coming out.

Did you check to see you have 12 volts at the ac plug on the clutch cover?

Seems that stator plug is being problematic for a few. Numerous threads in the last month with it totally melted from excessive resistance (arcing across corroded contacts or shorting due to water ingestion. Either way is not good. That connector should be sealed and have tin plates contacts (at a minimum). IMO FWIW

I've had a similar problem.
