KLIM Customer Service is fantastic! I sent them a Valdez jacket for a zipper repair. I bought the jacket back in 2013. I fully expected that I would be charged. KLIM covered it 100% and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks (over the Christmas holiday). That kind of service is a rare thing anymore.
