For myself I have just completed my Breakin and now have added 2.5 extra grams in shims on each pivot bolt for each pivot arm over the stock 2018 arms..

Motor is completely stock and had to also increase secondary spring pressure to a black/157/303 to prevent belt slip in secondary.. I also went from the stock 40 helix and jumped too a 47 degree and sled has been a bullet compared to before the changes, I had the same other xm sled to compare with before and after changes..

This change will give a much quicker acceration with cooler belt changes, I did not touch gearing..

967 44 gr with a 4 gr tip
965 46 gr with a 5 gr tip

def a better ramp (967 is useless)...

SHR 967A gives you 45-5 empty up to 54-10 loaded...

with a lower eng pdrive spring and stiffer secondary you lose clutch heat and gain track HP-BJ

I have the shr weights fully loaded 6 gram set screw and as much weight on bolt that will fit with silber turbo still over revd at 5500 feet. Going to try the zollinger 95 gram turbo arms next.

Yes the 2018 silber kit primary spring, secondary spring and helix, 2018 was able to get it to run good at three pounds, overrevs at 7 lbs with all the weight I can get on it

Few sled shops up north had pushed the p85 Polaris primary on the doo 850t.. I had seen one run a few weeks back with it and it was very clean with a fairy amount of miles trouble free..also 4 lbs lighter

Not really excited about putting this Sibler kit on yet till we have a better primary or better parts for it.. I hear so many hazels with this primary

Other than tuning whats the problem with the the pdrive? The p 85's arn't trouble free by any means, but the new pdrive is well built and will last longer. I happen to like it.

I think Big John has tungsten slugs you can drop into weights and then use the smaller allen set screws to hold it in, BRP also has tungsten washers too for pivot weight.....

Actually entertaining this idea as we speak.....

Had to counter bore just a little more to clear "D" index in 850 crank snout but it torques down onto crank.....

Ya tuning is a pretty big part of clutching.. Like the previous problems above, older tra was proven with minimal service.. Easily handle 250hp, now we lost that..
