Jeremy she's looking GREAT. That is easily one of the top customs on the planet!

I am so so SOOOOO anxious for you to ride our NEW Better Bars and tell me if you think that they stiffened the chassis and quickened your sled's reaction time in handling.

What you gonna do for intake air? Simple vent in front of the sock? I've got some thoughts if you are interested. Talk with you in private on that one.

thanks Will, here's a few more pics, the drop down brackets are very temporary, just using them to get it to the shop tomarrow, will make better ones this week, as well as get my tunnel dump exhaust figured out and finished up.

it was a tight fit, but the tunnel dump will still work with the D&R, had to trim a little bit off of the chain case, by the mounting hole in the last pic and oval the down pipe end a little. still have to make the close off bracket for the footwell to make sure all the exhaust goes through the tunnel

was able to get out for the first real ride last sunday.... must say its a night and day difference even over last years set up. with the drop and roll i was able to change my suspension settings and make it a much more nimble boondocking sled with out giving up anything in the steep and deep. the better bars/boards combo is unreal, much more responsive sled, first part of the day i kept over transfering my weight side to side but after i got used to it, it was great. very happy with the build! dont know if this video will work since its on face book, but heres a vid of a little climb (much steeper than it looks as they always are)
short video
and a couple on the snow pics
