I visited A+E racing in alberta last week and they are having great luck with the following 09 changes 44 helix (s. wave), stk sec sprg, stock ramps , pull set screw from pin , 160-260 prim sprg. They say the heat is way down from the stock setup and runs great mph. sj

Yes, have tried that and at least a couple dozen other settups on '09 163. Definatly better than stock but not as good as it can be. Watch your rollers with the S-wave.

I tried the 130/290 in my stock 08 setup and never did like it. Also tried the 160/290 in my current setup and no likey. I am back to the 160/320.
