sled is 03 440x with a SHR840. sled seems to run out of fuel almost as if it is sucking the bowls dry. I'm running non hooded 40mm flatslide carbs. Plug chops look good a nice light brown.
Sled only dies on long pulls about the time you would hit the kill switch to check the plugs. The reason I think its fuel related and not spark is if i hit the kill after I loose the motor the plugs are on the lean side. If I dont hit the kill switch when the motor dies it will take right back off once Im off the throttle for a couple seconds.
I've been through the carbs, checked the pulse line and fuel supply to the carbs.
Anyone have any ideas or had this problem before.
Motor runs great and Big John has helped me the whole time he has been awsome. I cant get ahold of him for help so I thought some one here might have an idea.
