Anyone know how to check to see if the voltage regulator is bad? can I ohm it out? My headlights and dashlights keep going out. thanks.

Are they burning out or just going out and them coming back on? If it's intermittent I would replace the relay. If they are burning out replace the reg.
It could also be the stator.

are your hand grips getting hotter than before even on low if so volt reg is shot
