X2 noob. I was wondering same thing. Go figure that Yamaha hacked our kashima coating also. I am leaning towards exit shocks.
I have exits X1 and Elkas. I much prefer the Elka shocks.
I think that may be the way I go. I've never been a fan of air shocks on a winter vehicle. going from a heated enclosed trailer to the cold elements, I can't see the shock doing as well as a spring loaded shock. I could be wrong. What would a pair of these float 3's be worth selling? I would give them away for prob half of what they are worth new. anyone interested.

I'd lose them, air shocks just aren't consistent in the winter IMO.

Burandt runs them so they have to be good

I am very pleased with the Fox Float 3's. In my opinion they work much better than previous versions.
