Dynojet lcd 200 instead of new speedo

Have a 2008 m1000 with full slp setup, power commander five with autotune installed. My speedo took a crap and our local dealer wants 400 bucks. I can get a lcd 200 for 280 and love the features for my setup. The question I have is does the lcd 200 have the capability to display rpm and speed?

not sure about your question, but it won't display ECU codes, that would be my main concern.

I've got a speedo I'd sell you CHEEP, been here for 2 years. probably an 08 one. 400 is crazy talk, no reason to pay that.

RPM yes, speed no....

Unless you can determine what the output of the speed sensor is and if it is a 0-5v signal then you would be able to log it as an auxillary input and a corresponding speed.

dynojet/speedo issue

Thanks for the info, leaning towards replacing speedo. Codes are important. Backcountry, how much for your speedo, how old, and will it work on my 08 m1000.
