I was changing weights on my 09 Dragon 800 and noticed this crack located on the stationary sheave of my p85. My question is this, would I be able to continue to run this clutch or should I replace it as a whole? Any help or input would be much appreciated.

Polaris only sell complete clutch assembly as they are some what balanced notice the drill holes around clutch. They also marked with "X" most of the large parts which need to be aligned during assembly.

i have a near new one off a 09 600 150.00 + shipping

I did a little digging and found that the p85's came in a 30mm or 32mm taper. From what I've found your clutch should be the same as mine in the 32mm taper. I'd be interested in taking you up on your offer if your clutch is indeed the 32mm

The 800 has the raised cover, whereas the 600 does not. Most everything pre-2005 was 30mm taper most everything since is 32mm. There are some exceptions but IIRC that was the year the 600's and 800's went to 32mm.
