Why am i able to buy parts online from companys from Illinois (I live in Washington) and have them delivered to my doorstep in 3 days, when it takes 2 weeks for my local dealer to get them? My local dealer is fairly large but never has parts on hand, including belts!

They had parts to my door in 3 days from the time I ordered them.
Have you guys had the same issue getting parts, and what other online parts dealers have you had good luck with?
